Delivery
Any mainland UK address (Nothern & Southern Ireland please ring for delivery charge) Orders can be sent to any mainland UK address.Occasionally there may be delays with certain products however you will be contacted immediatley if this is the case and advised of the delivery date.
To ensure our customers protection aswell as our own a confimation letter will be sent out to the billing address to confirm all orders NOT being delivered to the card holders address.

RoyalMail Lightweight Should a package sent via Royal Mail fail to be delivered please report it to us by email. We will do all we can to help but please note that as advised by Royal Mail we must allow a period of three weeks from the expected delivery date (and be advised by Royal Mail that the package is irretrievably lost) before any action such as sending a replacement item(s) or cancelling the order and processing a refund can be made.
Standard delivery - 7 working days £4.95 Goods will be sent out within 7 days, for larger goods you will be givin a specific date and will require a signature
Furniture sets - 7 working day £29.99 You will be contacted with a specific delivery day within the 7 days. Goods will require a signature.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN TO TAKE COLLECTION OF YOUR GOODS ON THE SPECIFIED DATE. IF WE HAVE TO RE-DELIVER THE ITEMS FURTHER DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE MET BY THE CUSTOMER
When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. If you are suspicious that the goods are damaged, or the box containing the goods looks badly damaged, then you should sign for them as UNCHECKED or ask the courier to wait while you examine the goods. In this event, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation with our courier. It is important that all original packaging is kept until you are satisfied with the goods and are sure that they will not need to be returned. Couriers will not accept goods if it is not in its original packaging.
Please check your item immediately for any manufacturing faults or defects and report to us within 3 working days. If a part is missing, damaged or broken, there is usually no need to send the whole item back. Contact us and we will send any item(s) to you free of charge the next working day (whenever possible).
