We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Diddyland so our Hassle-free returns policy is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.
Cancelling an Order - 7 day no quibble returns policy If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in a unused condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 7 days from receipt of goods. If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless a product is delivered incorrectly, faulty or damaged. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund when you are returning items that are unsuitable to use.

Returns and Exchanges All our goods are of exceptional quality and are inspected prior to despatch. However if your item is delivered incorrectly, faulty or damaged we will either refund (including post and packaging costs), exchange or repair your item. Returns can be made through either of these options:
1. Returns via courier collection Log into 'My Account' or use the "Contact Us" form, please inform us of your order number, the product name, your telephone number should we need to contact you, a convenient collection date, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge.
2. Returns via the Diddyland shop Simply take your receipt and the product you wish to return or exchange to the Diddyland shop and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
Product Guarantee All items purchased from Diddyland are covered by a 6 months guarantee. We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Diddyland have an on site mechanic however in some cases it may not be possible for us to repair a product on site, when this happens the product is returned to the manufacturer for inspection or repair, if this happens please allow up to 6 weeks for the return to be made. Diddyland does not offer a loan service. Please note that a replacement product will be provided only if repair is impossible or not viable. In cases of customer misuse or general wear and tear, it may be possible for us to arrange a repair however in these circumstances an administration, handling and returns fee will apply, you will be informed of this prior to any arrangements being made.
